Contraindications

(1) RF

① people who have heart disease need to use heart rhythm devices, hypertensive patients.

② The people who have acute inflammation, deep venous thrombosis, goiter, asthma, cancer, and other patients.

④ The pregnant women.

⑤ The people who ever done cosmetic surgery and there are filler in the body area.

⑥ The people who have metal materials in the body (including metal teeth).

⑦ The people who have skin inflammation, body swollen.

⑧ The people who have immune system dysfunction.

⑨ The people who feel numbness and do not respond to heat.

(2) EMS

① Body parts with metal inside.

② People with heart disease (especially with heart pacemaker), epilepsy.

③ Capillary expanders from hormones or disease reasons.

④ Skin inflammation, itching, redness and other parts due to allergies or other reasons.

⑤ Planting prosthesis, injection, embedding parts.

Cautions

(1) Before using this instrument, be sure to check whether the accessories are connected correctly.

(2) First plug in the power line, then turn on the main switch of the equipment.

(3) The accessory cable must be aligned with the socket when connecting to the host.

(4) Avoid plugging in the accessory jack and causing the accessory to be unusable.

(5) Move the instrument carefully.

(6) After treatment, be sure to clean and disinfect the accessories.

(7) Be sure to wipe the accessory probes clean to avoid incomplete disinfection, resulting in damage to the instrument and oxidation of the accessories.

(8) When adjusting the energy, it is important to adjust it flexibly from low to high (appropriate) according to the customer's tolerance. It must not be too high and cause discomfort to the skin.

(9) Do not swing the power cable into the power socket. It will cause poor contact.

(10) The connecting wire of the treatment handle should be stretched with moderate force and not pulled hard.

(11) Metal objects (necklaces, rings, etc.) should not be worn during treatment.

Product Service and Maintenance

(1) Warranty: one year from the date of purchase for the main unit and three months for the handles. We are responsible for the maintenance in our factory in GZ. After the warranty period has expired, we will charge a service fee or component fee.

(2) Clean and disinfect the treatment handle after treatment.

(3) Professional Use: The merchandise of our Products is designed for professional use only and must be installed by a licensed professional electrician only. Failure to do so will void the customer warranty.

(4) Manufacturer Defects: In the event of defects immaterial and workmanship our obligation shall be limited to free labor and parts repair or replacement, solely a tour option, of any defective part for a period of one year from the date of purchase.

(5) Disclaimer of Damages: The remedies provided here in are the buyer’s sole and exclusive remedies and in no event shall our products be liable for direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits)whether based on contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

(6) Shipping Policy: For your protection, the acceptance of this shipment by the Transportation Company is an acknowledgment that the articles were delivered to them in good working condition and properly packed.

(7) Exceptions

• Inappropriate damage such as: dramatic impact, vibration, drop, condenser chamber burning, crystal rods destruction, etc.
• Inappropriate damage or loss of key components such as the handpiece, protective glasses, and power lines, you will be charged for the cost of accessories.
• Consumer who repairs the machine caused by improper by himself.
• Due to irresistible forces(such as fires, earthquakes and other natural disasters) of damage.
• Beyond the period of warranty products.
